Agent IDS
We have a Definity system with Call-Center and have Agent-IDs forwarded to stations. These Agent-IDs are "x ports" and have no port assigned. We had to reset some of these because they were not able to logout of their phones. Now we can not forward these Agent-IDs back to the extensions as we are remote from the location that these Agent-IDs reside in. Is there a way to Call-Forward an Agent-ID to a station remotely, or do you need to be within the same building? Is there a logical reason why these Agent-IDs were Call-forwarded to stations to begin with?
