VoIP Monitor Manager, Verify RFA
Hi all!
I am having an issue running the VoIP Monitor Manager application. The splash screen loads, the browser says applet started, but it never opens. We have not purchased it yet, but I understood that we can use a 90 day trial. Then it came to my attention that I need a license for the 90 day trial, and perhaps we had already got the trial license, and never used the application. How can I determine 1. If we had already used up the trial license. 2. What I would need to do in order to get the RFA for it. Any help would be great, thanks all! -Charlie |

I could be wrong, but I believe the trial period begins when the software is loaded not when you start to use it. Only Avaya can extend the license or provide a new one.

The 90 days starts counting when you install the software on the server. Mine has 10 days left. There is no license on the definity other that a few screens that you need to configure.

"License State: License information not available!" Is also errored and said unable to connect to monitor server, ensure the server is running Further along! I'll verify the server today, but still unsure of the license info. Anyone seen that before? |

Re: VoIP Monitor Manager, Verify RFA
On the server make sure that both the appache and sql data bases are running. Also make sure that the the VOIP manager is running. You should see small icons in the lower right for all 3 services.
