Splitting MedPro Resourses, Voice Channels
Hi all!
Is there anyway to split a TN2602 (320 license) across more than one network region? I'm pretty sure I can't, but figured I'd check with this savy group. Also, if that can not be done, is there a way I can prioritize which medPro is used in order of priority? I have several of them scattered over a WAN, and I have no way that I can find of determining what/when/why a call may require a voice channel from a medpro 6 hops away, versus the medpro one hop away. Thanks in advance! -Charlie |

i dont think you can split up the channels on a medpro to several network regions. You can only enable inter network region communiation. Communication manager is very intelligent in assinging medpro resources. What do you want to accomplish?

What I suggest is that you download the administration for network connectivity for communication manager on http://support.avaya.com
its document number 233504_11. I think if you read this you will learn how to inter connect the network regions with eachother |
