Hello,

It is my understanding that a user can have up to 9 messages correct? If so, they are trying to have a 2nd recording that needs to be activated when a hurricane hits (greetings from miami, fl!). The receptionist logs into audix with her extension and goes to personal greetings.

greeting 1 is the usual after hours message
greeting 2 is the one they have recorded for hurricane fun

greeting 2 is activated, yet when you call afterhours it still plays greeting1. how come?

the receptionist logs into audix with ext 415, I try a list st 415 but nothing comes up in G3, is that correct or is there a "special" receptionist ext she needs to use?
