Plat-alm

Hello Guys,

Very often I see on my systems (S8300, S8500) a major PLAT-ALM. When I do "test alarm clear", I get "NO EPN AVAILABLE" which is true.

Do you know what causing this alarm?

PLAT-ALM alarms are in the server itself, it is not a CM alarm. Go to the web page and work on it there.

Go on the web page and see what is. But in the most cases is that there is no USB modem.
