denial event 1026: AUDIX Unavailable

All of a suddan fast busy when calling audix (21888) which is hunt group 99, if we call the members in the hunt it rings, then audix does pick up...

denial event 1026: AUDIX Unavailable D1=0x8922 D2=0x37fc
10:29:39 dial 21888
10:29:39 reorder hunt-group 99 cid 0x37fc
10:29:41 idle station 28213 cid 0x37fc

HELP!

CLAN board died - apparantly that CLAN is in its own network region so no redundancy... Reseated board/cable came back in service.
