Programming VuStats

I'm helping a friend with a Definity G3r v6 system ACD. I do not normally work with Avaya, but it may be simple for me to understand as i've worked on many key and PBX systems.
I need to know 'how to' step be step program a few VuStat Keys.
I have read through the VuStats Display Format documentation, but nowhere does it tell me the obvius , how to start info,(*#*#123 etc Toshiba log in) which i guess you all know! On my display i need # of ACD calls, abandoned calls and oldest call waiting stats for a partcular skill/queue. Please help a fellow phone guy who only know Toshiba , Nortel and Panasonic.
Tks

Everything you need should be located in this document: http://support.avaya.com/edoc/docs/def7/555233503_1.pdf

Search in the PDF on "Vustats Display Format"

Basically, you issue the command "change vustats-display-format x" (where x is a number from 1-50). Once you have correctly defined the display format then you program a vustats button on the phone using the display format that you defined.
