saving translations

on the s8710 since there are 2 call servers mirroring eachother.. when you do a 'save t' what is actually happening now since there's no flash card.

Re: saving translations

You are saving translations on both servers.

Re: saving translations

We just completed our upgrade from G3R V9.5 to S8710's CM3.1 and our 8710's do have flash cards. Guess it's just a matter of what configuration you receive.

Look around. Fataldata is correct, S8710 servers come with flash cards and the installer should have put them in. They are not your primary back destination however, that is the disk drive inside the S8710. Those flash cards are meant to be the removable backup storage for disaster recovery.

Re: saving translations

When you save translations you are saving to the hard drive inside the S8710. If you want to save to the PCM cards, you do that from the web page.
