Call Queue

How do I setup a basic call queue on the definity G3si? So we can take calls with a certain DNIS and route them to agents?

Re: Call Queue

The quickest way to set this up is to make a hunt group with the DNIS as lead number. In that hunt group put all the people that you want to answer the calls.

This is a basic hunt group. If you want an ACD with agents logging in and out, EAS, skills, VDN's, vectors, that is a bit more complex.
