You can busy and release it (busy port xxxx24). Be advised the trunk group will be out of service while the D channel is out of service.

Superuser does not automatically include maintenance permissions. Those are purchased separately from Avaya. The quickest way to see if you have maintenance permissions is to type "busy" and hit the help key. If the only response is "mis" then you do not have maintenance permissions. You will need to contact Avaya to have them turned on.
