announcement protected without human intervention
Good afternoon,
We have a little trouble with announcement : We must record some announcement "on the fly" to give caller some infomations. But sometime, without any human intervention, using the good way to record/delete an announcement (Fac + extension + 1 to record ending by #) the state of the announcement become "protected" i cannot give explanation to this trouble (avaya france too) Thank you (sorry for my english) |

Re: announcement protected without human intervention
If you want to remove protection from an announcement, type "ch ann". There is a field called "Pro", that is short for "protection". Change the "y" to "n" for the announcement you want to change.

Re: announcement protected without human intervention
it may be a solution...
but i would like to understand/find why the announcement state change to protected itself !! I may try your solution to see if i can reproduce the problem. For your information, when i record an announcement on a val board there is no problem. That occurs only for announcements located on g700 message boards Fred |
