Question Upgrades

I need to write a business case on upgrading from intuity audix, cms v9 and definity v9. The business does not want to implement IP at this time but we are looking at going to the 8720 with 2 call centers in 2 differenct cities and 5 other small offices all in the same state. Does anyone know where I can get some white papers and what the differences are if I were to upgrade?????

I would take this request DIRECTLY to your Avaya AE or Business Partner. If they want the sale bad enough then they'll be more than happy to put together a business case and/or ROI documentation. If they do not seem interested contact me via private message and I'll hook you up with a Business Partner who want's to EARN your business.

regs,
