Any way to extend the queue in Audix?

I have a problem for you....

When broadcasting a message to users, apparently unless the message is read within 2 days, the message is deleted.

Is there any way to correct this?

On page 2 of the COS, check the retention times for both the incoming stations' COS and the outgoing broadcast COS by using the command "change cos ##" where ## is the COS.

if this is a broadcast message you can specify the amount of days the broadcast will run, default is two days, listen to the help menu and it will allow you to change the retention of the broadcast.
