Question Help web access Avaya Intuity™ AUDIX LX R1.1

Hello everyone...(n00b here)

An avaya technician configured one of our remote sites to be able to access it via web. We have an Intuity™ AUDIX® LX R1.1. The problem is that I need to change the v-mail password for a sub and it wont allow me to edit any field other than the name. I type "ch sub 5105" and it opens the appropriate window, yet I cant tab to any other field. I can press the "F" keys for the commands but that's it. I can type over the current subs name but no tabbing. Shouldnt this work like if I was sitting in front of the console?

Thanks for the help,

ceez

Access the box using ASA with telnet port 23 and the "vm" login instead of "sa" ... much easier. You may have to use the web interface to reset the "vm" password but once you login as "vm" you'll bypass all of the "sa" box administration filtergarb and be right there in the voicemail administration screen using a familiar interface.

regs,

.al.

Ok forget it guys.

I figured out the problem...instead of TAB, I was supposed to press ENTER

Thanks for reading! :oD

and Al thanks for your extremely FAST reply, I will also take the vm login into consideration! :)
