Trouble Removing a Data Module
Here's the problem.
Have a Data Module configured stand alone (ie not attached to a station). Type: x.25 Port: X Baud: 9600 Edpoint Type: Adjunct Link: Blank For some reason I am unable to remove this Data Module. When I attempt to, I get an error msg that says 'Required Data Not Specified' and points at the Link field. So then I tried entering the Number of an unused comm-interface link, and when i try to enter the command I get and error message stating 'Error encountered, cannot complete request.' I think next I might try to connect it to a physical port and see if that makes any difference. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Re: Trouble Removing a Data Module
I cannont busy it out since it is an 'X' port it just says "No Hardware Assigned" Since it's type is x.25 it needs to be attached to a Packet Gateway TN577. We do have one in our switch, however when I try to attach it to a Port, it says required data missing and the prompt goes to the LINK field. When I fill in the number of a vacant link then I get the error 'Error encountered, cannot complete request.'
Do I maybe need to build a link? Thanks
