Question G3si Firmware downloads

Is the following the right location to find the current firmware downloads for my G3si running CM2.0?

http://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/c...re_Updates.htm

Or is there an easier way to get there. I found it by searching but am not sure that it is for the G3si...or does it matter if the board code matches?

Re: G3si Firmware downloads

Try this link, I find it a little easier to use. Same info, just an HTML link.

Re: G3si Firmware downloads

Keep in mind, starting in March Avaya is going to move all the firmware behind their firewall. After they do this, the only way to get the firmware is to be registered with Avaya, and have your customer registered with Avaya as well. You will need an SSO login to download. Contact the Avaya IT helpdesk for instructions and links.

Do not wait until the last minute to get your SSO login, you might encounter a few bumps in the road. It is better to solve them while you still have access.
