Polycom ringing intermittenly
I have a customer that is asking why only one of their conference phones rings intermittenly when no call is coming in. They have changed out the card, wiring and the set but for some reason this particular conference room extension does a half ring and when no one is calling. I have snapshot of a couple of sets the one that has the probelm is 2175 the other is 2187, the only difference is that they are not one the same card. I have not had them try a different board, I wanted to see what someone else thought before I start having them make changes. They where told by someone else that the switch is polling which is causing the half ring to occur everytime that happens. They have an S8700 ver. 12. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

bad polycom? Those old soundstations only last for a few years then crap out. I just go some new soundstation 2's. I hope they last longer...
