Volume on Intercom is low until turned up

Even though I set the volume when I get an intercom call the next intercom is still low volume. Using a 4620. Once in the intercom call i turn up to my desired volume but it seems the next call is low again. any suggestions.

Re: Volume on Intercom is low until turned up

The following affects volume on 2 wire dcp and ip sets: via init password try (change terminal parameters) change the custom terminal options affecting volume control to return volume between calls. Its been a few years since i had access to init, so you might have to get Avaya involved. Kind of like buying a new car with the hood welded shut. regards t.
