CMS V9 VDN Labels

I need to add about a 1000 labels to VDNs in our CMS V9. Th3e VDN's are already in our G3R V9.5. Is there any way to import them into the CMS so I don't need to manually put them in one at a time?

CMS uses Informix as database, you may export your VDNs from ASA to a file and then import them from informix.

There is a CMS Bulk config from Utilcall as part of the Call Flow Extract product.

www.utilcall.com

There is a 10 day trial so you should be able to bulk load this before it expires.

Import procedure may vary from DB to DB, we use Oracle, and import the data with sqllrd.
