How Do I Secure a Hunt/Skill in S8700?

In an EAS environment, agents permitted to add agent skills, but I don't want them to be able to add a one skill (our emergency skill). Any suggestions?

Are the agents using CMS to add/remove skills ? If so you could just remove read/write permissions for your emergency skill by the agents cms logon.
