Yes, there is. Use "change announcements" to add an additional music source. Pick an open extension number for the music source (let's use 1234). The type will be "analog-m" if you hook the music source up to an analog port and "aux-trk-m" if you use a TN763 Aux Trunk port. Most important: Set the "Q" entry to (b)arge-in. Now in your vector simply use the command "wait time xxx seconds hearing 1234" where 1234 is the announcement extension number. Using this type of music source you could have a pre-recorded promotional CD on continuous loop, a promotional wave file or any other number of audio sources for multiple departments.

If that is truly the case then the answer is no. You must add Tenant Partitioning for multiple system MOH sources.
