Anybody using Avaya TSAPI ?
I need to monitor the VDN for the number of calls arrived. is there anyway i can do it with TSAPI ? when i tried the GetAPICaps function, Most of the VDN specific functions are disabled :(. the ultimate aim is to limit calls after a particular threshold.
