Skill Levelīs change Info
Hi,
Is there any report, printout or command to know when a skill levelīs change done by a user in CMS Supervisor aplication under the commands/agent administration/Change Agent Skils tab. Thanks in advance, Bruno |

I think so log into CMS CentreVu Supervisor and choose the Maintenance ICON (Hammer) choose the Reports Tab and then select ACD Administration Log Report. Enter the Supervisor's login ID and then the dates and time you are looking for. Then go to the Agent list in the chosen ACD and enter upto 50 Agent login IDs and run the report. See if this will give you what you are looking for. I will not give the specific skill, but identifies a skill was changed on an agent.
