CMS Reporting Inaccuracies

Hi gang.

Got a problem here that I know I have seen before, but cannot remember the resolution.

CMS % ANS CALLS math doesnt add up:

100*(ACDCALLS/CALLSOFFERED) <PERCENT_CALL_ANS>
100*173/179=96.6%

CMS Reports :93.01

I'm no math major, but something is wrong here!!!!!

Hi,

Have you already looked in the report as "design" to see how the math is calculated ?!!

Thanks....I found it.

Report differential was not reporting LAI calls in the number.
