Route call based on ANI
I am working with G3r v6 and v9. I need to route an incoming call based on the originating ANI. Any thoughts on this. I know the carrier can do it but I need to do it not the carrier.
Thanks in advance for your help. Al |

Re: Route call based on ANI
You can do that on the third page of the trunk group form, just delete the incoming 10 digit number and replace it with the four digit station number (VDN number). It will then ring on that station (VDN).
