Attendant forwarding?

We have a CM2.1 with tenant partitioning configured. For the service department we use an Attendant/Soft Console. Is it possible to forward incoming calls to a extension (DECT phone) when the Soft Console isn’t used without using the night service functions?

Also, can a hunt group during night service be forwarded to a external extension?

How has any tips or suggestions?
