Console Headset
We have a 302c console and I am attempting to hook up a headset, but it isn't working. The other console has a headset and it works fine. I hooked the headset onto my phone and it works fine. Is there a spot within Definity where the headset is set up? I checked console parameters, along with comparing the two attendants but cannot see anything different between the two.
Your help is appreciated. Eric |
