Audix Greeting Issue
Users have been calling voicemail and getting another persons greeting. It does not happen everytime but often enough to know that is not an issue with people inputing the wrong extension. Anyone know any ways of troubleshooting this.

Intuitys can do strange things if the analog ports do not match the order they are programmed. Change the ports to "chantran" then go to the monitor window and call each port number to verify you are getting the one you think you are.
This takes it out of service and does it quicker plus gives you an audible feedback of what channel you are on. If you can't take it out of service, go to the monitor window and call the idle channels and make sure have landed the same channel you dialed. Look at the programming in the hunt group and the Intuity to make sure it is in the same sequence. The call through tests will verify that each station is properly cross connected. Avaya also recommends rebooting the Intuity every 90 days now, you could also try that.
