Question Avaya and Quintum

Hi to all.

I am trying to connect a IP Trunk between S8700 and a Tenor gatekeeper and I have some problems because the trunk is in-service but when I am trying to go out through this trunk I have a denial event telling me that we haven't available chanels but isn't true.

Please, have anybody some information about the Avaya configuration to a Tenor gatekeeper?.

Thank you in advanced.

Re: Avaya and Quintum

Don't know anything about Tenor but ISDN denial events are usually caused by configuration errors or compatibilty problems. Need a little more information.

What is the denial event number and the Event Data 2 entry? That is the actual problem in hex.
