Re: LKA-10 headsets
Two things I've found is the voice tubes are usually clogged with food because the user is eating and talking at the same time. I know gross huh? So the food in the voice tube will cause people on the other end not to hear them.
Or make sure the type of headset they are using is compatible to the type of phone set. Not all headsets work with every avaya set. |

LKA-10 headsets
hi
Sometimes you have to check the PC too, whether it is suitable for softphone or not. I had faced many problems of this sort and there were new things to learn always. I had this problem once, it was working on my Laptop but not the other PCs so i had to upgrade it. Another suggestion, Logitech is a good headset for Avaya softphone, they do great job. sometimes headset can be a factor. Have you checked the microphone and the softphone setting also. It should have it's bandwidth setting as LAN. Please check all settings also. Regards Ranita
