Intuity Audix with calling from outside #

I am using an Intuity with Mode-Code with a V6 G3si. To access voice mail I dial 2200 internally, I would like to set up a number to dial outside the office to retrieve VM. (I have been using the *7 method for to long now) When I dial the DID xxx-2200 the Intuity roles me to the operator?
Any suggestion as to why this would be happening?

ll you need is a DDI that points to the voicemail hunt group extension and it should answer with "welcome to Audix" Hope this helps...

2200 is set up as a hunt group.

Then in the audix, cha auto-attend-routing routing-table

inocoming called number = 2200.

business schedule = login
