Octel Messages Overwritten by Greeting

Octel Aria 250 3.10

There is a voicemail box on my system that, when the users checks the messages, does not play the messages left by a caller, but only the greeting created by the user. In other words, the user's greeting overwrites the message.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

You might want to try deleting this user's voice mail box and add again.
