Unhappy splits and cdr

Good day,

I work for a call center, and we need to bill the outgoing calls, basically we are doing this using cdr reports (Extension and Auth Code), we have a custumer thas is asking to recieve an invoice for each split. The problem is that we do not use an extensión for a single split.

Is there any field in the cdr that tell me witch split is the call made from?

Re: splits and cdr

Hi there.
I think there is no way to differenciate one call from another, since the agent that is placing the call belongs to different splits. I can only think of a way to trace those calls, using different trunks to place the calls so that you can collect information from those trunks. For that you will have your agents dialing different numbers so that you can route those calls from one trunk or another (this may require the your agents' cooperation).
There may sure be better ways, but, since nobody answered this could be a possibility.:(
