Exclamation Attendent conrol of Trunk groups

Hello my name is Greg Reynolds and have recently joined your group. In a few ways im a novice when it comes to my G3SI. I have a few items that i need to rectify and have little success clearing this up.

I have a Avaya 302A console that has been hibernating a few years now, but must be reinstated. For only one reason.... To restrict users from dialing outside trunk groups during a time of crisis and reroute them to our one and only attendent. I have 4 trunk groups, all but one are PRI's.

Two of my trunks work correctly when the attendent takes control of it. But the other 2 offer only a fast busy to the user for their efforts, instead of being directed to the attendent.

We are using Auth-codes as well. I'm not sure if that makes a difference?

My Platform is a G3SI Multivantage 1.1.3

Any body that is willing offer any input would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks again,

Greg Reynolds
