measuring cover path usage

Have a cover path set up that goes to a cover answer group, then a mobile, then another mobile and finally voicemail. Works fine. Users call a vdn that just routes to an xported station during normal hours that has this cover path.

Now mgt. want a report on how many calls were answered by each point in the cover path. Only thing i can find at the moment is to run "list meas cov path last hour" every hour but even that has a problem. i made 4 calls that were answered at each of the coverpoints but only point 1 was recorded.

Any suggestions.

hey hammer -

check out "Reports for Avaya Communication Manager" (May 2003) pp 85-96. There appear to be various interactions, and reading through things like that makes my head hurt. (better you than me, they say!)
