Hi there.
Im using a s8700 /cm2. Ive set the cdr an untill today the information it gives to me is ok. But since a new company policy I have to give reports based on the incoming vector. To be clearer I must say that we are a Call center provider. so We have reverse charge international lines. The local number givven to the international carrer is part of a DID ISND trunk (555 - XXXX) and the XXXX digits are VDNs. I Have a VDN for each reverse charge contract. but now I have to report the international incoming calls by country. I dont know how can I do that. Reading the CDR detailed description i found the INS and the IXC codes are these usefull for me? Please help!! ![]() |
