Post Anyone have a procom script built to monitor G3 alarms

Just wondering if anyone has a procomm script built to monitor G3 alarms, that possibly pages them or calls on a cell phone. I believe this can be done.

I found this site which looks like a great program, but has anyone done this with a procomm script?

Quite different applications.

The AlarmTrax receives alarms. Procomm would outdial to a pbx.

As far as paging alarms, this is already done in ASA.

ASA works well.
I have it polling and emailing my cell phone with alarm information.

I use ASA to poll my switches every 30 minutes and send emails to my blackberry. Works great and the cost is nothing.

Sorry, no Procomm here. I can suggest you do utilize ASA. If you have some money to spend, look into Avaya FPM and intergrate it with HPOV. Or just call us :P

It works well for me! ... and Jim Reilly is extremely responsive to any issues (even when they've simply been a problem with the interface between my chair and keyboard).

I monitor several customers. My AlarmTraq server is co-located at a service provider NOC and I haven't seen the box since I set it in place (VNC is a wonderful thing).

regs,
