Flow Out
Heya,
Using CMS Supervisor 12.0.Gj.02... Running a historical split/skill interval report shows flow out calls which as far as I understand are redirected calls from one split to another. In Site Administrator 2.0.12... I've checked the hunt group for the split and found the vectors attached and looked at how they're set up - none are redirecting calls anywhere. There's no VDN path which explains it that I or anyone else in the office can see. Current theory is that the flow out calls we're seeing but can't account for are internal calls between agents with different skills.
