i've seen this done with POE sets, just reset the switch port. but if you've powered them normally, i think you may be out of luck.

Re: IP Phones long distance reset

Hello.

I have tried to reset the port (using busy and release commands) but it doesn't work well. The phone is not getting the new firmware. I think that I have to go there to press buttons.

Re: IP Phones long distance reset

Hi, Are your remote phones in their own Network region?
If they are you can use the commanr "reset ip-stations ip-network-region x" where x is network region you wish to reset.

I have also done this with busy/release commands but that can take time.

1 point to note if that your users use headsets and they keep the headset button on then the phones will not reset until this has been removed.

Hope this helps
