Using Headset with 6416D+M

Is there any functionality with wireless headsets out there that allows a user to be away from there desk and take a call? A user purchased a GNNETCOM GN6210 wireless headset and I set there station up in the switch to use it but the only way I can get it to work is if they press the headset button on their phone and then they can pick up the call on their headset. This person wanted to be away from their desk and be able to pick up an incoming call.

Am I missing something here? If I leave the headset button on the phone depressed then the line appearance is siezed and eventually disconnects.

plantronics has a wireless headset with a mechanism that lifts up the receiver when answering a call from the wireless device. they also make one that resembles a blue tooth style headset, but i think you need to answer and release from the phone still.

use planetronics CS-10, CS-50/60, LKA-10 with HL-10 lifter, every thing works very well with the digital phone, LKA-10 even has a facility to remotely make calls.
