Event Count Codes
Houston........I need help
I am in the process of implementing call work codes, reason codes etc etc...I have question about Event Count Codes... 1- I am trying to understand how can I implement Event Count Codes 2- How to implement event count codes in conjunction with call work codes ....here is the scenario...once the caller hangs up system should prompt/force call center agent to enter event count code and then prompt them to enter call work code Please note that we are using Avaya S8700 with CMS R12 Thanks |
