DCS over ISDN question
Hi, my first post here although I've been lurking for a bit... :D
I have a question about DCS over ISDN. I'm connecting an Avaya Definity G3si v8 to a Prologix using DCS over ISDN over a private PRI. I got the link up and I can direct-dial from the G3 to the Prologix and everytrhing is fine, but when I try to dial from the Prologix to the G3, I get a wave-off tone. I've checked the AAR route, dialplan (UDP is turned on), I've got the right UDP code in the Prologix to point to the Definity, the D channel is defined, but no joy. And I can't trace a call at the Prologix end because that option isn't offered to me in the switch (or is turned off somewhere) I'm sure that I'm missing something really stupid. Any thoughts? ![]()

Re: DCS over ISDN question
start with CORs. on page 3, make sure (on prologix) that stations can talk to trunks, and (on si) make sure trunks can talk to stations. if that looks okay, check your FRL (page one of COR).
