Changing Audix Hunt group members

G3 CM2.0 Intuity Audix R5.1

I have a new office that I need to connect to my existing. They have a DID range of 5XXX. This range does not overlap my existing dialplan except for my 12 audix hunt group members, which are 5300-5311.

Here is what I have done so far. I started with port 12 as a test. I wrote down the port 01CXXXX for x 5311. I removed the 12th member of hunt group 10 (AUDIX). I then x ported x 5311. I then added x 7962 and gave it port 01CXXXX. Then I added x 7962 back into hunt group 10.

I can call x 7962 directly and audix picks up, but if I call the hunt group number I won't choose port 12. What did I do wrong?

I can't find it, but there is something on the Intuity that you have to change for the Audix to recognize that extension as a Audix Hunt number.

Got to Voice System Administration / Voice Equipment, you will see the extensions listed.

How to chnage it, i don't remember.

Re: Changing Audix Hunt group members

Yes. That was it.

Once on the voice equipment screen, I click actions, then assign/change, then pbx extensions to channel. I entered pbx extension 7962 channel 11 and enter.

Thank you very much
