AGENT LOGIN on S8300
Hello Guys,
I have an S8300 with G350 gateway (CM3). The problem is that I cannot login into a split with ACD agents. In the previous versions of Definity the procedure was: Dial the Login FAC Dial the split you want to login into Dial the Login ID I am doing that now but without success. Does anybody can help me? |
