Need help with BSR
G3 CM2.X in both sights A and B.
Call comes into sight A and follows the following vector. There are 2 agents in sight A and 2 in sight B. I need to balance the calls between the sights. The problem is that if the agent that is least idle is in sight B, the call will leave A and que to the agent in B. If that agent RONA's and the other agent in B is in AUX, the call can only flow out to voice mail. So my question is: In the hunt group on sight B can I redirect to a VDN that is in Sight A, so that it rerun this vect 20 of Sight A again? Or is there a better way to do this? Thanks. display vector 20 Page 1 of 3 CALL VECTOR Number: 20 Name: Sight A Multimedia? n Meet-me Conf? n Lock? n Basic? y EAS? y G3V4 Enhanced? y ANI/II-Digits? y ASAI Routing? n Prompting? y LAI? y G3V4 Adv Route? y CINFO? n BSR? y Holidays? y Variables? y 01 wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback 02 goto step 22 if staffed-agents in skill 98 > 0 03 goto step 25 if time-of-day is all 19:00 to all 07:30 04 goto step 25 if time-of-day is fri 19:00 to mon 07:30 05 goto step 23 if staffed-agents in skill 97 > 0 06 consider skill 20 pri l adjust-by 0 07 consider skill 30 pri l adjust-by 0 08 consider location 2 adjust-by 0 09 queue-to best 10 goto step 25 if expected-wait for skill 20 pri l > 120 11 wait-time 3 secs hearing music 12 collect 1 digits after announcement 2581 for none 13 goto step 25 if digits = 1 14 wait-time 30 secs hearing music 15 goto step 12 if unconditionally 16 messaging skill 10 for extension 2520 17 announcement 2582 18 goto step 14 if unconditionally 19 collect 1 digits after announcement 2583 for none 20 goto step 24 if digits = 1 21 disconnect after announcement none 22 disconnect after announcement 2584 23 announcement 2585 24 goto step 6 if unconditionally 25 route-to number 6397 with cov n if unconditionally display vector 20 Page 1 of 3 CALL VECTOR Number: 20 Name: Sight B Multimedia? n Meet-me Conf? n Lock? n Basic? y EAS? y G3V4 Enhanced? y ANI/II-Digits? y ASAI Routing? y Prompting? y LAI? y G3V4 Adv Route? y CINFO? y BSR? y Holidays? y Variables? y 01 goto step 18 if staffed-agents in skill 98 > 0 02 goto step 15 if time-of-day is all 18:00 to all 07:00 03 goto step 15 if time-of-day is fri 18:00 to mon 07:00 04 goto step 19 if staffed-agents in skill 97 > 0 05 queue-to skill 20 pri l 06 goto step 12 if expected-wait for call > 999 07 wait-time 12 secs hearing music 08 collect 1 digits after announcement 2981 for none 09 goto step 12 if digits = 1 10 wait-time 30 secs hearing music 11 goto step 8 if unconditionally 12 messaging skill 99 for extension 2260 13 announcement 2982 14 goto step 10 if unconditionally 15 collect 1 digits after announcement 2983 for none 16 goto step 21 if digits = 1 17 disconnect after announcement none 18 disconnect after announcement 2984 19 announcement 2985 20 goto step 5 if unconditionally 21 messaging skill 99 for extension 2260 |

Re: Need help with BSR
probably what you want to do in site B is redirect it to a local vdn, which in turn (through a route-to vector step) routes to an off-site number - in this case a vdn on site a. it takes more administration, but i would set up separate vdns for these scenarios for measurement purposes.
