DESPERATE HELP NEEDED-Routing to a VDN returned from IVR
I am in desperate need of help! I am trying to route to a vdn sent back to me by our IVR system (eIVR).
I get the call back from the IVR and it routes to the VDN and gets queued to the first skill. The problem is that every call rings once and then hangs up. I have checked everything I know of and can't figure it out. I thought it might have something to do with the Converse Return Code but that doesn't make sense since the call actually routes to the vdn I get back and then queues to the first skill. It almost seems as if the call hangs up when the IVR releases it. Shouldn't the call be held in the vector with the converse step? Any help you can give would be appreciated. I have included: 1. The IVR Vector with the converse-on step 2. The Queuing vector 3. Re: DESPERATE HELP NEEDED-Routing to a VDN returned from IVR
what release is the switch? do you have any call classifiers installed? have you put up a trace on the queue vector? on the station? probably not a lot of help, but that's where i'd start.

Re: DESPERATE HELP NEEDED-Routing to a VDN returned from IVR
I ended up solving the problem. We weren't getting the proper converse data return code. Once we properly returned that then the call would not be disconnected. I originally didn't pursue that because we were getting the call back and it seemed to be routing properly as I traced the vector and vdn. Thanks!
