No ports avaiable

Guys. G3 CM2.2

I am not able to log in via ASA this morning. I am getting "no ports avaiable" on both Clans. I know that there are only 5 logins per pbx allowed but I don't think anyone is currently logged in. I called my on sight PC tech as this location. I asked him to log in via the terminal. No luck. The terminal is locked up.

I also tried to dial in, no luck. The PBX is working as normal.

Do I need to toggle the power?

Re: No ports avaiable

Is your onsite tech seeing any alarms on any of the cards?

Re: No ports avaiable

No red lights. So I am guess no alarms. But I can't log in to verify that.

Re: No ports avaiable

I couldn't do a reset system 1 becuase I couldn't log in via the terminal or ASA. I also tried dialup and nothing worked. The reboot was my only option.
