On a Definity G3Si is it possible to send the username of the extension along with the number through caller id?

Yes ... change system-parameters features. Look for the ISDN Parameters page near the back. The field that you're looking for is: USNI Calling Name for Outgoing Calls? Set to "Y" and the station name will be presented as the outgoing CallerID. Be aware, however, that this is a SYSTEM-WIDE parameter.
