2420 Log
I had a customer ask how to make the 2420 log "dial out" from their phone. The problem is the insertion of the "9" and/or a "91" for LD.

Re: 2420 Log
There should be a better way with the digital sets.
I tried this with my 4610SW IP phone and it works. I called from my cell phone to my IP phone and hung up. Went to the log for missed calls and press call. My cell phone was listed as (973) XXX-XXXX but the phone dial 91 973 XXX-XXXX. I am using boot file b10d01b2_2_3.bin which I believe is the latest. |

Re: 2420 Log
Check the firmware version on the 2420 - could be you have an older load. I have several at the office and I can "call back" any number from the log file by just pressing call. I'm not at the office so can't check mine. Will try to do that tomorrow.
