Voicemail Intuity
Hi Everyone
the Intuity Lx R1.0 that i have is no longer recognising # as the own extension, users have to dial the extension number and # all the time even if it is there own extension.

Can you status Link 1 on the PBX? Does it show UP on page 2.
Do you have the correct NODE/SWITCH information? In the subscriber entry, the switch number has to match the node that the PBX is. By default 1 is the PBX, so the switch number in the subscriber form has to be 1. Hope this helps. |
